Deelo is an Indian technology company building a local commerce operating system. It gives customers one app, one login and one wallet for every local service, and gives the businesses behind them six software platforms — Shops, Home Services, Agency, Therapists, Parcels and Runner — running on a single shared core.
What we are building
Local commerce is the largest part of the Indian economy that software has not reached. A pharmacy that has served a street for twenty years still cannot take a structured online order, still cannot deliver reliably, and still has no record of who its customers are.
Deelo supplies the missing layer. Customers get one app for groceries, pharmacy, laundry, home services, professionals and parcels. Businesses get a console, a storefront, payments, a CRM and a delivery network. Neither has to leave the neighbourhood to get a modern experience.
How we are different
Aggregators solve one category, own the end customer and hold inventory. Deelo does none of those three things. It spans several industries on one account, holds no inventory and operates no dark stores, and deliberately leaves the customer relationship with the local business.
That choice is what makes the software something merchants defend rather than resent, and it is why the primary revenue line is subscription rather than commission.

Where we are
Deelo was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Kottayam, Kerala. More than ₹1 crore has been invested to date and the full technology stack — customer app, merchant console, runner dispatch, storefront and public pages — is built in-house and live.
The network carries 10,446 registered users — customers, runners and professionals — of whom 801 are verified and active professionals, plus 33 live merchant shops and consumer apps on both the App Store and Google Play. Deelo operates in Kottayam and Kochi.
